Sculpting a breast

It's my first (actually the 3rd lol, bt the first in HD) sculpting work and I wanted to try to make the breast soft. I'm aware it's not a perfect work but I used no reference pic and even the pose is not that good (I could have posed the fingers more clutched).
This is just to show the direction I'm taking and if you have suggestions or critics I'll appreciate some!
